In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "7h88" / "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting services operated at 7h88.pro, including all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and related services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the 7h88 platform.

Deposits:

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the result recorded by 7h88's server logs shall be considered the definitive and binding record. If a game is interrupted due to a technical failure, the hand, spin, or round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's account.

The following rules apply specifically to sports betting activity on 7h88, including PSL cricket betting, ICC tournament markets, football, UFC, and all other available sports markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to the maximum stake limits published for each market. These limits may vary by sport, event type, and Player account status.
• 7h88 reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake or decline any bet at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Bets once placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and available for that specific market.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise.

• Where a market is settled incorrectly due to an error in the source data used, 7h88 reserves the right to re-settle the market once the correct result has been confirmed.
• PSL and international cricket betting markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC). In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result, the official DLS outcome shall be used for settlement.

7h88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player account at any time and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.

• At the Player's own request, in the case of voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure for cause, 7h88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after the investigation is concluded.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily for any reason may contact 7h88 support at any time. Voluntary closures are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the Player's most recently used withdrawal method, subject to any applicable pending withdrawal processing times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7h88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of 7h88 services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from third-party payment provider delays, errors, or technical failures beyond 7h88's direct control.
• Any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where 7h88 is found liable for any direct loss arising from a demonstrable breach of these Terms & Conditions, the maximum aggregate liability of 7h88 to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7h88 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account on 7h88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Neither party shall initiate formal legal proceedings before completing Steps 1 and 2 above, except where urgency or the nature of the relief sought makes it impractical to do so.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
